I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is all about focusing on the things that you can control in your life, while finding ways to deal with the stress that comes from all of the things that you can’t control. So, I want to help you figure out what your values are, and also help you find some more ways to live in line with those values, because that's the kind of thing that you actually can control in your life.

And I have spent the last 9 years teaching people those skills and watching their lives improve.
